Paint a piece, leave it glazed and fired on Douglas Street
Grab a bisque mug, bowl or something odder off the shelf and paint it at one of the studio tables. Potteria fires and glazes it while you get on with your week, ready for pickup a few days later.
Cork had wheel-throwing classes before, but nowhere for a casual afternoon drop-in. This fills that gap, priced for a regular outing rather than a one-off treat. Rainy afternoons, birthdays, hen parties in the evening, all of it works here.
Good to know
- You can bring your own drinks and snacks; sessions run into the evening, later at weekends.
- Pieces need firing, so allow about a week before you can collect.

Great spot. Went with a large group of friends, we were told we could bring snacks and drinks if we wished. One member of staff explained how it worked and off we went to select our ceramic and choice of paints. Very fun night out, opportunity to get creative. Collected our piece a couple of weeks later, happy out 😊

If I could give 10 stars I would. I booked to celebrate my birthday and the communication was excellent. The staff were so welcoming and accommodated the numbers and requests. It was a hugely enjoyable and memorable way yo make a big birthday and guests young and old adored the space and activity. I will be back again and again and I know friends and family will too.

Potteria is a lovely, creative place where you can relax and enjoy painting your own pottery. You can choose from many different pots, making it easy to find something that suits your style. The atmosphere is friendly and calm, perfect for spending quality time alone or with friends. It’s a fun, refreshing experience and a really cool way to unwind. I would recommend it for all ages and skill levels.
