Build-your-own pasta beside the Ha'penny Bridge

Watch your pasta get spun to order at this counter right by the Ha'penny Bridge. The sauces are made in house, and you build your own bowl while you wait.

It's a counter, not a sit-down restaurant, which fits the spot perfectly. Prices stay low enough that it works as an actual city-centre lunch, not just a novelty stop.

An incredible spot to have a good pasta, you can choose the type of pasta and also sauce and toppings. It has reasonable prices. The only things that I would change would be the cutleries, because I prefer a real cutlery than a wood one, if you are eating at the restaurant, would be nice have this option. Ennis and Vanessa were incredible with their kindness and patience with us.

Amazing pasta. Nice place to take away. The restaurant is quite small, but it's not the idea to sit there. The service was nice and fast

We saw this place on TikTok and decided to give it a try… We were not disappointed!! This place is SO GOOD!! You can taste the difference in the fresh noodles and our chicken was cooked perfectly! It was SO delish. The staff was very kind and helpful. If you are near here, or thinking about trying this place-DO it!

Part Mezza was exactly what we were looking for: fresh, flavorful pasta served in a casual and welcoming setting. The restaurant has a bright, modern atmosphere with both indoor and outdoor seating, making it a great stop while exploring Dublin. Taylor and I both created our own pasta bowls starting with Tagliatelle and Pesto Sauce. We added Wild Mushrooms and Sun-Dried Tomatoes, and I finished mine with Parmesan Cheese while Taylor enjoyed hers without it. The tagliatelle was cooked perfectly al dente, and the pesto was rich, fresh, and packed with flavor without being overly heavy. The wild mushrooms added a nice earthy depth, while the sun-dried tomatoes brought a touch of sweetness and tang that balanced the dish beautifully. The Parmesan added an extra layer of richness and tied everything together. The ingredients tasted fresh, the portions were generous, and the service was quick and efficient. Sometimes the simplest meals are the most satisfying, and ParMezza delivered exactly that. A great spot for fresh, customizable pasta in Dublin. We’d happily return.

Really enjoyed the Lazy Lasagna 🍝 The sauce was rich and comforting, with a deep slow-cooked tomato and meat flavour. The pasta was well coated in the sauce, and the parmesan cheese on top added a really nice touch. Portion size was generous and very satisfying overall. Definitely coming back again!
