Nearly a hundred craft beers, zero cocktail-list filler

Sova doesn't bother with a cocktail menu to hedge its bets. It's a beer pub, full stop, pouring close to a hundred labels between Israeli and imported craft beer in the thick of Haifa's Turkish Market bar strip.

The snacks skew Eastern European and hearty, built for a long night rather than a quick bite. Weekend evenings get loud fast, and Sova has already become one of the anchors of a strip that older bars first put on the map.
