Three ex-reservists run this stall on Sirkin Street with a menu of exactly one thing: smoked pulled meat, beef tallow, fried onion, pickled red onion and pickled radish, stacked into a sandwich built for eating on the move.
No full kitchen, no wide menu, just one sandwich they've clearly drilled until it's right. Talpiot's lunch crowd already knows. Grab it mid-walk through the market rather than treating it as a sit-down stop.
