Wine and dumplings in a hotel lobby

Adom's rooftop gets the views, but the ground-floor wine bar at the Brown JLM has its own pull. The menu stays short and easy to graze on late: fish tacos, Thai beef salad, cheese ravioli, and steamed chicken dumplings worth ordering twice.

It's not kosher, which is rare enough near Hillel Street to be worth knowing. Good for a glass before or after dinner elsewhere.

I’d give it 5/5 for service. The food is good and wine selection is nice. But the service is attentive and warm. We went on a busy night but had the team take very good care. The music adds to the vibe. Highly recommend when in Jerusalem.
