Next to Mahane Yehuda, Moshke turns Ashkenazi soul food into bar snacks: pickled fish, chopped liver, cholent, kugel, yapchik and schnitzel, all with proper drinks alongside.

Nobody in Jerusalem had made this move before. It also holds a Mehadrin certificate, unusual for a bar.
