Florence Opened December 2024

Rare bottles, shared plates, right by the Florence stadium.

Raaro opened at the end of December 2024 in Campo di Marte, near Florence's football stadium, in a part of the city with far fewer bars and restaurants than the historic center. The drinks list runs on rare and hard-to-find bottles instead of a standard well, and the food menu is built entirely for sharing, meant to stretch across a long aperitivo or a full evening rather than one quick drink.

It's open every evening from 6pm except Mondays, and has become a regular stop during Florence Cocktail Week, mentioned alongside Fede, The Orientalist and Artemisia as part of a newer wave of serious cocktail bars opening outside the crowded center. Campo di Marte itself is part of the story: a neighborhood built around residential life and the stadium, not an obvious nightlife spot before Raaro showed up.
