Even though it took almost a month to receive two bottles, I understand it wasn't their fault, but their carrier, with which I've had terrible experiences (CHANGE IT!!!). Bottles arrived safely from Matera to the Aosta Valley. Good communication; don't call, just email. Friendly and responsive.
