A secret garden bar behind an ivy gate in Positano

Find the ivy-covered gate on Via della Tavolozza and you're in. EdEra hides its terrace on purpose, built for guests to stumble on rather than book off a landmark list. The Hotel Poseidon family runs it, and the drinks follow the same logic: order something you haven't tried, not the usual.

Cold dishes, aperitivo plates, snacks and ice cream keep the kitchen simple, so it works as well at 6pm as at midnight. The garden also takes private dinners and events, and it's already one of the freshest additions to a street already packed with rooftop bars.
