Natural wine and a cuisine that invents its own country
The kitchen at Inish doesn't cook toward any one cuisine. It calls its course menu a fusion of imagined countries, and the plates back that up. Everything is poured natural, by the same small team that built a following running this as a pop-up before landing here.
Find it down a quiet lane near Tokei-ji, a few minutes from Kita-Kamakura station and easy to walk past on a first pass through the temple crowds.
