Al Maqa'ad is the main bar at the Mövenpick Resort Petra, set on the lobby level closest to the site's entrance. Gold leaf covers the walls and the woodwork is carved by hand, more old-world hotel than the plainer bars around town.

Happy hour runs daily from 4pm, and the snack menu is built for grazing rather than a sit-down meal. Stop in even if you're not a hotel guest.
