Kawa's opened in Nyali on 18 July 2026 and built its menu around coffee and matcha instead of a full kitchen. The drinks list goes further than most Mombasa cafes bother with: espresso, iced matcha, smoothies, and a small pastry case for the breakfast crowd.

The account is still new, barely a handful of posts up, which matches how fresh the place is. Early visitors are already telling people to order the tiramisu before it sells out.
