The Canadian coffee and bakery chain runs a full espresso menu alongside baked goods made on-site, a format it's rolling out across new markets rather than just exporting a menu.
The Links Road branch pulls a mixed crowd of remote workers and mall shoppers through the day, helped by seating that stays open later than most cafes on the strip.
