Mad Mac has a menu that fits on a beer mat. Just mac and cheese, in nine versions running from a straight classic through beef bolognese to blue cheese. Toppings do the differentiating, and the kitchen leans into excess on purpose.
The single-dish format polarises exactly as intended. Fans call it the city's best comfort food, sceptics call it one-note, which is technically accurate and entirely the point. Cheap, quick, with a summer terrace. Order the bolognese version first.

Such a hidden gem! The mac and cheese was amazing, especially with the variety of toppings available. Loved the welcoming atmosphere! The staff made me feel right at home. I’ll definitely be back!

I visited Mad Mac today, never had been there before. I chose from the Menu "Bagātā meitene" that contained mac, cheese mix, shredded spiced chicken, cherry tomatos. The food was absolutely delicious, atmosphere nice and friendly. Thank you for lovely service and good luck in the future!

Very tiny place so consider to sit on the counter with the street view or if you are lucky the only one table will be spare Though super cheesy and savoury Available for take out on the spot that is a good option as it is prepared in the to go dish

The food here is amazing, our meals were ready in just a few minutes. A small but very nice spot. Portions are very good. We got the big size and it was perfect for lunch. Service was excellent and the woman working there was very sweet. Will 10000% go back.

Very flavourful, super tasty! I recommend this to everyone, you will not be disappointed! It’s not your typical American mac n cheese, under the cheese layer it was more as a sauce, but for me I think it’s even better❤️🙌 Also the prices are good 👍
