No gas, no oven, just fire

Primatas runs its whole kitchen on wood and embers. No gas burners, no ovens. Whole cuts grill slow over coals, vegetables char until they collapse, bread bakes right in the ash.

Everyone sits at one long communal table, so come ready to pass plates around. There's a quick business lunch on weekdays from 11am to 3pm, and a full evening menu Tuesday through Saturday, with Friday and Saturday service running past midnight.

Absolutely loved this restaurant! The meat was perfectly cooked, tender, juicy, and full of flavor. You can really tell that the ingredients are fresh and the food is prepared with care. The portions were generous, the service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. If you’re a meat lover, I definitely recommend giving this place a try. I’ll happily come back again! Also this is a great place to go for a lunch! Best recomendations!
