Skip the sealed gift boxes. This royal blue and gold shop on Pilies street lets you pick your own pralines from open trays and build a box to your own taste, about 15 euro for 250 grams.

Leonidas has made these since Ghent in 1913, but the vibe here stays affordable rather than couture. A second Lithuanian shop has since opened in Kaunas.
