Dessert as sculpture at the Pacai palace

Pastry chef Evaldas Juška builds desserts like small sculptures, working bean to bar chocolate into precise glazes and edible shapes worth the phone-out. The vitrine alone got a preview run at the ArtVilnius fair before this room even opened.

The setting is the 17th century Pacai palace, the five star Hotel Pacai's answer to a Paris salon, all considered surfaces and gallery lighting. Come mid afternoon on a weekday. Weekends bring a queue of people photographing the display case before they even order.

had a wonderful experience at Cafe de Pacai! The desserts were absolutely delicious—beautifully presented and full of flavor. The passion fruit matcha was amazing, with the perfect balance of fruity freshness and rich matcha taste. The café also has a very modern and stylish interior, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The staff were polite, friendly, and attentive, which made the visit even more enjoyable. Everything from the drinks to the décor and service was thoughtfully done. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great desserts, unique beverages, and a welcoming atmosphere!

When you know, you know. Café Pacai is, without question, the best bakery and patisserie in Vilnius. The sourdough is the real thing - beautifully fermented, reminiscent of Tartine Bakery. The chia pudding is to die for - light, creamy, perfectly balanced. And blueberry matcha…yum A proper little gem.

Amazing cosy coffee shop with a great selection of French cakes and good quality coffee. Elegant interior design and lovely staff. One of the best coffee stop in Vilnius.
