Industrial-chic dining and a wine cellar where Sahara used to be

Exposed metal, brick and greenery fill the old Sahara space in Area 10, and the menu runs the full breakfast-to-dinner rotation few Lilongwe kitchens attempt. Wine and coffee both get real billing here, not just a side mention.

The opening night set the tone: a chef's table dinner and a live set from Malawian singer Onesimus. It's linked to Thribeka Hotel and doesn't undersell itself as Lilongwe's fine-dining and cellar address.
