The menu here changes with whatever they are testing that week. Rosta Lab roasts its own beans and runs a matcha list that goes into territory most cafes avoid, which is a fair reason to call the place a lab.

It sits in Kampung Melayu Majidee, north of the city centre, an area that rarely turns up in JB food guides.
