Epicure is the fine-dining room at Seasense Boutique Hotel & Spa, an adults-only property on Belle Mare's northern stretch that finished a full renovation in August 2024. It sits alongside the hotel's more casual Ti Moris and the beachfront Ti Lambic bar as the dressiest of the three.

The kitchen plates Mauritian dishes course by course rather than laying them out buffet style, the format most restaurants on this coast still use. The hotel has only 63 rooms, so tables are limited, book ahead even if you're staying there.
