León's own craft brewery, straight from the tank

Cervecería Cabecilla 1933 brews everything on site in La Martinica, tank to tap, instead of just pouring someone else's beer. It's become one of the names that shows up at Bajío beer festivals, holding León's corner next to brewers from Celaya and Guadalajara.

The taproom itself doubles as a hangout. Beer runs and meetups happen here regularly, making it as much a clubhouse for León's craft beer crowd as a working brewery.
