Vegan tacos and quesadillas, dough made from scratch

Tomeiro runs a vegan taco stand in Colonia Obregón where nothing comes pre-made. The dough, the fillings, even the pizza base, all done in-house. It feels like a neighborhood taquería that happens to be entirely plant-based, not a health-food restaurant playing dress-up.

It's become one of the names driving León's small but growing vegan scene, alongside spots like ISKAL across town.

• Everything is made in-house, down to the pizza dough, expect a slightly longer wait than a regular taco stand.
