Bilmos sits right on Outa El Hammam and has become one of the busiest tables in Chefchaouen. No opening date turns up anywhere, just years of steady trade on the square.

The menu mixes pizza and pasta with Moroccan staples, tagine and couscous next to gluten-free bread and vegan dishes made in their own separate prep space. That gluten-free setup is rare in town and comes up almost as often as the food itself.

Amazing food and wonderful service. We had the vegan salad and couscous, and both were delicious. There are plenty of vegetarian and vegan options, the setting is lovely, and the staff made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend!

A good option in the main square. Although more expensive, it offers an extensive gluten-free menu. We went for dinner two nights during our stay in Chefchaouen. They have a separate kitchen where they prepare gluten-free dishes. Both the Berber Shakshuka and the pasta primavera were delicious, and I didn't have any reaction at all. Recommended.

Absolutely loved our experience at Billmos Chefchaouen! We ordered a huge variety of dishes including the crepes, couscous, shrimp pasta, chicken pasta, Berber shakshuka, falafel, and harira soup — every single dish was incredibly tasty, rich in flavour, and freshly made. You can really tell they put care into the food. They also kindly gave us a complimentary spicy aubergine dish which was absolutely delicious and such a thoughtful touch. The service was warm, generous, and welcoming throughout. Highly recommend this place if you’re in Chefchaouen and want authentic, flavourful food with amazing hospitality!

Amazing experience at Bilmos Restaurant in Chefchaouen! The food was absolutely awesome every dish was full of flavour and perfectly prepared. Everything we tried was top quality and delicious. I had an amazing dining experience in Chefchaouen! The food was absolutely delicious fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared with authentic Moroccan touches. The tagine was rich and perfectly seasoned, and the mint tea was some of the best I’ve had. The atmosphere was warm and charming, with stunning blue city vibes and friendly staff who made us feel truly welcome. Great service, fair prices, and a memorable experience overall.
