Mapiko Bar Lounge has run out of Maquinino for years, one of Beira's steady nightlife stops. Resident DJs rotate through Friday nights with heavy lineups instead of one house sound. The name has shifted over time, including a stretch as “Mapiko Heaven,” and the doors have closed and reopened more than once. The Maquinino address never moved.

This is a dance floor first, not a dinner spot. People show up for who's behind the decks, not what's on the menu.
