What an incredibly fun experience at The Bar Next Door in Breda! 🍸✨ We did a cocktail workshop here and honestly: it was so much fun! The Bar Next Door is located on the Grote Markt, right near the church, and is a really cool spot. What makes this workshop extra special is that they make many of their own liqueurs and ingredients. As a result, you don't just learn the standard cocktails you see everywhere, but rather the story behind them. You are introduced to the basics of cocktails, the various tools used behind the bar, and a bit of history. Without spoiling too much, of course 😉. What we liked best was that during the workshop you actually get to work behind the bar yourself and make your own cocktails with help. And as the icing on the cake: at the end, you make a cocktail that perfectly suits your own taste. You receive personal advice, ensuring you create something that truly suits you. 🍹 If you are reading this: you're a star, thank you so much for the fun afternoon! We look back on a super fun and educational experience. It was incredibly fun working behind the bar with you, learning more about cocktails, and then getting to make them ourselves. We had a fantastic experience with the cocktail experience. You tell the waitress what kind of flavors you want (see photo), if you have any allergies, and what you don't like, and they prepare three amazing surprise cocktails for you! The service is very good and friendly, where your wishes are listened to carefully and you are regularly asked if everything is to your liking. When we found the flavor of one cocktail a bit too strong, they adjusted the cocktail immediately, making it slightly sweeter in our case. I highly recommend experiencing this!
