Wine bar and shared dining in Princenhage

Spicy salmon sushi rice and gyoza sit among the shared plates at V Princenhage. It's a wine bar, resto bar and gastrobar in one on the Haagsemarkt. The wine section has its own climate-controlled storage and seats up to 60 for private events.

It shares the same accessible spirit as sister spot Veemarktplein. Food centers on wine, drinks and dishes meant for the table, not the plate. Opened 18 December 2025 in the old Gasterij Don Qui-John.
