Juanito Ooms opened the doors on 6 March 2025, a sister location to the original Markt 28 in Zundert. Same made-with-love approach, just moved to the water.

We ate here with four people: a Banmhi sandwich, a pork belly burger, and a club sandwich. Surprising options on the menu, not standard. Generously filled, a good-sized bun, nice and crispy, and delicious in taste. Afterwards, we had the homemade chocolate caramel cookie, which was delicious too. Super friendly staff, fast service, nice decor. We will definitely be back here.

In terms of appearance, the place didn't seem particularly special at first glance, but the food was exceptionally delicious. The soup with pampoushki and the accompanying spread was truly perfect. It was so good that we even wanted to leave an extra tip because we really enjoyed it immensely. The salad was also incredibly tasty. All in all, we were very satisfied and had a wonderful meal.

A very cozy restaurant with a very nice waitress. She made it extra enjoyable. Even when we ran into her elsewhere in the city later that day, she recognized us and spoke to us. A real star! Additionally, the food was delicious! Highly recommended.
