Grill your own Korean barbecue at the top of Kleine Berg

Sakana closed at the end of 2025 and the corner unit at Kleine Berg 1 sat dark for months. GOGI moved in this June with grills sunk into every table and an all you can eat format, a sharp turn for a street known for wine bars and small plates.

You cook your own marinated beef, pork belly and chicken over the coals while the banchan keep landing. Best with a group. The location puts you two minutes from the rest of De Bergen for a drink after.

Amazing Korean BBQ, lots of options for grilling and side dishes and all tasted very good too. The 2 included ice cream scoops are also well appreciated. Two suggestions: 1) have a better system for putting plates away because there was a rack that some plates were too small to be placed on so what’s the point of the rack if we’re just gonna stack plates next to it? 2) hospitable staff but they could’ve spoke up more volume wise. Often we did not know what meat was being placed and we couldn’t hear them say what they were, just made it tad bit confusing.

We thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant! As Koreans, we often find that many Korean all-you can eat places are quite disappointing, but this one was different. First of all, the restaurant was very clean and well organized, and the atmosphere was great. The chef in the kitchen was also Korean, and the taste of all the Korean dishes was authentic and excellent. The sushi was tasty as well, although the photos on the menu were a bit confusing since some dishes were missing pictures. Aside from that, I highly recommend this restaurant if you want to try high-quality Korean BBQ.

I liked the spicy marinated pork belly the most when it comes to bbq in Gogi. And as a korean I strongly recommend to try out as many korean dishes as possible such as kimchijjigae, kimchi pancake, japchae, two kinds of cold noodles, ddeokbokgi, doenjang jjigae, jjimdak and so on, you can experience the flavor of korean chef’s cooking. Hope these korean dishes always taste this good. I’ll check this out whenever I visit there. One more, tuna and salmon sushi as a side dish were also very good! I’m booking the next visit already in the coming week.

A little less options for grilling than I expected, but the food overall are tasty with good presentations. There are korean food and some japanese food. The service is quick, friendly and helpful. The staffs can speak English, Korean, Dutch, and some even speak Chinese. The dishes are brought up quickly within less than 5 mins after I ordered. Atmosphere is nice, cozy with warm yellow lights, the restaurant is decorated mixed of tradition and modern elements. Tables are not too big but they have a serving rack so we can fit in more dishes. Toilets are clean, they even have chairs to wait outside the toilet in case too many people using :))) Overall I think this is a nice place for friends hangout, I wish the restaurant could do a little more advertising and also put up the web so I can make reservations next time and check for other information.
