Pinsa dough, Italian toppings, a 19-year-old owner

Pinsa here comes lighter than pizza dough and easier to digest, topped with ingredients brought straight from Italy. The shop's ciabattas and creamy burrata round out the menu just as well.

Juliet Goemans was 19 when she opened it on Lange Veerstraat on 11 December 2024. It's a short walk from the Grote Markt and the Spaarne, and became a regular stop on the street fast.

I had a very pleasant experience at this café in Haarlem. The place is well-organized and has a very cozy atmosphere, making it comfortable to stay and relax. I found this café through instagram and had to try it. The pinsa's are really as amazing as they look!! We were still hungry after, and I must say the pastries didn't disapoint either. The pisstachio croissant roll is filled with the best creamy smooth pistache mousse. I would love to see more vegetarian options in the future (as I asked to get it without the meat)
