Natural wine and house sourdough on the Rotte

Number 13 on the Linker Rottekade, hence the name. Bar Dertien shares toilets, dish pit and terraces with the Man Met Bril Koffie Hotel next door and the same no-fuss philosophy. Natural wine and tap beer, fermented bits and a sourdough they bake themselves.

There is no fixed menu. The card changes with the season and stays the same from noon to close. The terrace catches the afternoon sun on the prettiest bend of the Rotte. Open since May 2025.

Colorful, welcoming bar with draft, bottled, cocktail, and coffee drinks along with food, seats inside and outside, and a beautiful view of a bend in the canal. It shares done facilities with the Man Met Bril coffee place next door.

This small menu really delivers. Everything was tasty, creative and beautifully presented while still being very reasonably priced. We had the eel which looked like sushi on sticks of brioche toasts. The shrimp toast looked like a little cake. The beet salad was colorful and fresh. And it's a very friendly place! We were staying at the connected hotel Man Met Bril Koffie. The breakfast was very nice here.

Great food that will surprise you. Week days for lunch is relaxed with busy evenings and weekend when the vibe is more bar vibing. Lovely sodas beers etc.

Best oysters & negronis in the whole of Rotterdam! We were served by Ester & Kiki - two servers that are fantastic at their job. All the food was amazing, service could not be faulted and atmosphere in the restaurant was electric. A must visit if you are in Rotterdam!

Great place to grab some drink with snacks, there’s not a proper dine kinda menu however if you are looking for something easy, this would be a great option.
