All-day listening bar inside De Doelen

Go for the sound first. The former Doelen Studio was rebuilt around a proper system, and from about eight the room becomes a listening bar with vinyl sessions and live jazz programmed by the concert hall itself.

Before that it works as a bar and bistro with French classics, wine and cocktails. Bistro Blendd in the same building does the fuller dinner. Hospitality group Vineyard runs it. Opened 17 June 2026, with the official grand opening on 1 September.
