Handmade art, ceramics and jewellery on the Twijnstraat

Half the fun here is that you can watch things get made. The atelier sits right behind the counter, so there's usually someone shaping ceramics or jewellery while you browse the shelves of art prints and homeware.

Much of the stock is fair trade, all of it handmade. Closed Mondays, but worth the ten-minute detour even if you're just cutting through to the Ledig Erf.

Instead of going out for dinner, the three of us did a lino printing workshop this time. We got a very nice welcome at the studio, with drinks, wine and some snacks. Then we got a good step-by-step explanation and could start making our own print. Nice music in the background, a very relaxed atmosphere and a super nice owner. Everything was possible and nothing was necessary. In the end we had a beautiful print, completely made by ourselves. We’re very happy with it and will definitely do this again!

Attended a linocut workshop here, which I really liked. Lovely atmosphere with music and some snacks. Perfect to join also alone and connect with others. I also like the store for gifts.

Had a really nice linocut workshop here last week! The owner and her sister were super sweet and helpful, we learned about different techniques, choice of material, paint etc, it was very inspiring. Many people were beginners but came home with really nice prints, better than they expected. The atmosphere was super cozy and artsy. And there are so many nice objects from local designers for a very good price. Thanks so much for this experience! Will be joining the next workshop for sure.

I attended the "Linocut Printing" workshop at Harman Atelier. What a fun and well-organized workshop! During the workshop, you create your own design (or choose one of the examples), cut it out in linoleum, and print it yourself. The process is surprisingly relaxing, and the end result is very satisfying. The guidance is personal and pleasant, and everything you need is provided. Definitely recommended for a creative outing in Utrecht.
