Red lanterns, a DJ booth, and a crowd that showed up for the novelty and stayed for the dancing. Luna Bar is nothing like the older bars downtown.

This isn't a spot for a quiet drink. It's built for moving until close, with a weekend crowd that's carved out its own scene near Parque Los Chilincocos.

• It gets busy after 9pm on weekends. Go earlier for a table, later for the dance floor.
