Ask where your coffee came from and most places shrug. Tributo can name the farm. It's set inside an 1820 colonial house near La Colonia, and every cup comes with a paper trail back to the beans' origin.

The kitchen isn't an afterthought either. Shrimp brioche and pork-loin ciabatta sit right on the espresso menu. Two centuries of walls give the room a weight no new build can fake, and locals bring out-of-towners here just to show it off.

The food was delicious, the only problem was that the service was quite slow, but we understood because it's a new place and it was really busy. The manager kept coming around to ask how we were, and they gave us a complimentary dessert, which felt like an apology for how slow everything was. But even if they hadn't, I wouldn't have minded because everything was delicious. I'll definitely be back. Everything was lovely and the vibe was relaxed, and the staff was friendly too. 🩷
