Gelato by day, cocktails after dark, in Bjørvika

One counter, two entirely different jobs. Happis scoops gelato all afternoon on Rostockgata, then flips to cocktails once the sun drops, and somehow the switch works.

It rounds out the Vannkunsten strip alongside Corso, Libertine and Lutlaget. Summer evenings here are the busiest hour in the quarter.
