Get there before noon on a Saturday or the sourdough will already be gone. Frida bakes and pours coffee from one counter on Vogts gate in Torshov, a few blocks from Daegens, so the street now has a real bakery run.
Weekday mornings are the safer bet if you actually want bread to take home.

What a fantastic place! I came across this bakery while I was on a walk, stopped by for a coffee and a bun. It was difficult to choose one because everything looked so delicious. Chose the one with raisins and it was exceptional. It smells like bread inside. Love this place, will definetely come often

Very cosy place, with amazing food. The staff is super friendly and the bread is amazing. If you are in the area and you like bread, this is a must. If you do not come here , idk what are you doing with your life.

Super cozy, and literally the best scrambled eggs and bread I've ever had. And also, the people are the nicest I've met in Oslo.

Stumbled across this little gem when walking Oslo. It has a really small menu but is absolutely amazing and delicious. We had salad, soft egg plate, carrot cake and vanilla strawberry biscuit sandwich. All of it was amazing. 🤩
