Danish coffee roaster's sea-facing Muscat outpost

Light-roast single origins, laminated pastry, and barely any seats: La Cabra's second Muscat cafe sits on the grounds of Mandarin Oriental in Shatti Al Qurum, a short walk from the beach.

The coffee list matches the original Al Qurum branch that opened in November 2023, but the room here faces the sea instead of a mall. Between the two, La Cabra has become the yardstick Muscat's newer cafes get measured against.
