A rooftop club atop Chitré's mall

Grados took the rooftop tenancy atop Chitré's Paseo Central mall with a straightforward pitch: a restaurant that turns into a nightclub once the mall closes downstairs.

The menu runs from an executive lunch to a full à la carte dinner, and the bar keeps serving well past midnight on weekends. It's the first spot in Azuero built specifically as a rooftop club rather than a bar that added a terrace later.

Good to know

• Kitchen runs until 11pm even on club nights; the party keeps going after.
• Thursday through Saturday it's open until 3:30am, the latest closing time in town.
