Steampunk cocktails in a house from 1896, no reggaeton allowed

Element occupies Casa Julio, a house dating to 1896, back when Panama was still part of Colombia and the canal hadn't been built. Inside, the bar runs a steampunk theme built around Jules Verne, with the music low enough that conversation wins.

The no reggaeton rule is posted up front, which in Casco Viejo counts as a statement of intent. Cocktails are infused in house.
