Everyone else on Avenida Sáenz Peña has locked up. Etéreo hasn't. It's the rare kitchen in Chiclayo still firing plates after the rest of the street calls it a night, part bar, part restaurant, built for whenever you land here.

Chiclayo made Eater's 2025 list of the world's best culinary destinations on the strength of its regional cooking. This is where that night ends up once the other kitchens shut.
