Grupo Kong timed Conquistador's opening to the first anniversary of their dessert shop a few steps away in the same passage. It's the second piece of their plan to turn Pasaje Nicolás de Ribera into a gastronomic boulevard.

Central Lima has been picking up a new restaurant almost every month since pandemic restrictions lifted, and this stretch behind the Plaza Mayor is where it shows most. Walk the Damero, then stop here for a drink.
