Third-floor views over Plaza Grau, cocktails to match

Skip the street entrance, it now runs through El Faro downstairs. Head up to the third floor and Shaman's Cafe is right where the crowd left it, just higher.

The mix that built its following is intact: cocktails and coffee on the same menu, plus food like chicharron de pollo. What's new is the view, one of the better ones over the plaza.
