Selva Sur pours coffee from the Puno region's own producers, grown in the Sandia and Tambopata valleys on the Amazonian side of the department. Those farms have taken gold at Peru's national cup competitions repeatedly.

Almost none of it used to be drunk in the city itself. This counter is one of the places changing that.
