Vintage fit-out, kitchen open till midnight

The dress code here is simply listed as not normal, which tells you exactly what you're walking into. PAPI sits on Loyola Street in Obrero, Davao's university quarter, so the crowd is young and the prices follow suit.

What sets it apart is the kitchen. It stays open as late as the bar does, which is rarer in this city than it should be.

  The staff was friendly and attentive. Food was delicious though my portion of the steak was too salty but I’ll give it 5 stars.
