Manila's matcha boom has produced plenty of sweetened powder passed off as the real thing. Super Matcha, straight from Seoul, is not that, and the difference shows the moment you taste the plain usucha.

Everything runs on organic, non-GMO matcha, with ceremonial-grade tins to take home for your own kitchen. It's on the ground floor of SM Megamall's Fashion Hall, and the queue gets long on weekends.
