Royce Pua has worked most of the good rooms in Manila's cocktail scene, and his own place skips the gimmick entirely. Sit down, tell them what you like, get a drink. That is the whole pitch, on the ground floor of Solar Century Tower.

Salcedo Village clears out after office hours, which is why this works as a neighbourhood bar instead of a destination. Weeknights are quiet. Ask Pua what he's drinking that week.
