Horchata by day, tasting flights once the sun drops

Horchata is not a drink Manila cafes usually build a menu around, but Ola does. It's the reason to go in the afternoon, poured in a room that feels more like a neighborhood bar than a cafe.

Come back after dark and the same room switches to tasting flights developed with chef Relynette Tan. Ola sits well south of the usual Makati and BGC circuit, out at Alabang West Parade, which keeps the crowd mostly local.
