Most listening bars treat food as an afterthought. Not this one. Chef Chele González, who holds a Michelin star at Gallery by Chele, runs a Spanish-Filipino menu here that's worth arriving early for.
The room is built around the sound system, and conversation is expected to stay under it. Some people find that precious. Others find that's exactly the point. Either way, come hungry and come quiet.
