Three floors of wine, and an unusually American list

Buy a bottle downstairs, then drink it upstairs for corkage. That is the whole logic of Dominion Cellar, a three-storey wine shop, deli and restaurant on Jupiter Street with retail on one level, food on another.

Chefs Carlos Garcia and Jorn Fonseca cook somewhere between European and Asian, but the real twist is the wine list. Most Manila importers push French and Spanish. This one goes American.
