Live tanks line the walls, dim sum runs at lunch, and the round tables are built for banquets. Salcedo Village has a big Chinese-Filipino population but never enough places that can host a real group dinner, and Silver Garden fills that gap.

Set menus are the smart order for six or more, heavy on premium roasts. Ask what came in that morning before you commit to a fish.
